Step-by-Step

If you have forgotten your password or you are unable to log in, you can reset your password to access your account:

1. From the Login screen, select Forgot Password?
   
   
   
   

    

2. From there, you must enter the email address you used to setup your account and click Recover password. You will be sent an email with instructions on how to create and new password and gain access to your account.
   
   
   
   

    

3. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to create a new password. We require that passwords contain an uppercase character, a lowercase character, a digit, and a non-alphanumeric character. Passwords must be at least six characters long.
