The MacroPoint tracking configuration stores the customer's MacroPoint Partner ID within Cabo. This ID is used when Cabo sends shipment tracking updates to MacroPoint.
Configuring this setting ensures that tracking information is associated with the correct customer account in MacroPoint.
Select Truckload --> Preferences --> Defaults --> Macropoint Customer ID
On this setting you need to paste your Macropoint customer ID.
When a MacroPoint Customer ID is configured, Cabo uses this value when transmitting tracking information and shipment updates to MacroPoint.
Don't forget to click save after you configure this step
In addition to configuring the MacroPoint Customer ID, each load must also include the corresponding MacroPoint Load ID as a reference value. Cabo uses both the Customer ID and the Load ID when sending tracking updates to MacroPoint. If the MacroPoint Load ID is missing or incorrect, tracking updates may not be associated with the correct load in MacroPoint.
This allows MacroPoint to correctly identify the customer and process tracking events associated with their shipments.
