Customer Document Visibility for Cabotage Loads – Priority1

For Cabotage loads, the documents available in the Customer View (Blue Side) depend on whether the customer manages the load independently or P1 is selected and awarded as the carrier.

If the customer manages the Cabotage load on their own, they should have access to all documents associated with the load.

If the customer selects P1 as the carrier and P1 is awarded the load, the customer should see only the following documents:
