Rep Level Settings- Sales Book Level Carrier Updates

There are many ways to adjust a carrier in the system, the Carriers setting is an older legacy setting that exists to adjust a carrier for all your customers in one go. This setting is not found on the customer level but instead lives in the settings that only reps and back office can access. 

To adjust an LTL carrier for your entire customer book, 

1. From the Dashboard, select your name in the top right hand corner

   

2. From your name a drop-down will appear, select settings

   

3. This will redirect you to a new page where you can access your rep specific settings, from this area select the second tab titled Carriers

   

4. In the provided field type out the name of the carrier and select it from the drop down.

5. After selecting the carrier  you will notice new settings populate. You will need to select which sales group to apply these settings to. This will vary depending on what groups you have access too. 

6.Depending on access another option will also populate, to drill down to which rep you want this setting to effect. 

7. After dialing in to what rep and book, you will see additional settings Update LTL, if you toggle this one it will populate an additional setting that advises "active" this will activate the carrier if toggled on and you can adjust the margins/mins for that carrier across your whole sales book. 

Note: After confirming your adjustments don't forget to hit Update Carriers. Keep in mind this is adjusting across your whole sales book not one customer so make sure this is something you want to change. 

You can also "update" to turn off a carrier for your whole book by doing the reverse and just select the carrier, dial down to the right book, and then toggle on update but not active. This will turn off/deactivate a carrier across your whole sales book.
