This is usually due to the shipment pickup date not falling in the date range selected in the table filter. To check this, follow the steps below:
From the LTL Shipments Tab on the far left under Open Shipments:
- Click on the 'Filters' button in the top right corner of the screen to expand the Filter Options Drawer
- Make sure that the Pickup Date for your shipment falls between the selected Start Date and End Date in the filter options
- After making the desired changes click Search
The shipment search can sometimes take a few moments to load; especially if the date range provided is large. To save time, try narrowing the filter range to just a few days instead of weeks or months.
If you know more about the shipment you can also use the other filter features in this section to drill down your search further.
There is also the option of using the Omni Bar at the very top of the screen if you have a BOL# or other reference# that you want to search. Omni bar works for both TL and LTL shipments.
